Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization
(PEARS) – 1 Day

PEARS (Paediatric Emergencies Assessment Recognition and Stabilisation) training provides a structured learning environment for multi-disciplinary groups to develop the skills, teamwork, and organisation necessary to recognise paediatric emergencies.
The earlier you detect respiratory distress, respiratory failure or shock and start appropriate actions, the better chance the child has for a good outcome.
The PEARS provider course is designed for front-line healthcare providers who must recognise life-threatening paediatric conditions and enlist the help of advanced paediatric providers. The course focuses more on assessment and recognition than on management. The International accreditation awarded to successful participants is recognised in over 50 countries throughout the world.
