Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration for courses can be cancelled outside of the specific cancellation period for each course and students will be eligible for a full refund, excluding a โ‚ฌ20 administration fee.

For APLS courses, a minimum of 8 weeks’ notice prior to the course start date is required for cancellations.

For all other courses, including ACLS, Heartcode, PALS, and other courses, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice prior to the course start date is required for cancellations.

To qualify for a refund, it is important to return the training materials pack, which includes textbooks and accompanying documentation, before the specific cancellation deadline for the course. The date of cancellation will be determined by the date we receive the aforementioned materials.

Please note that if you cancel your place within 4 weeks (or 8 weeks for APLS) of the course start date, we regret to inform you that a refund will not be possible. This is due to the fact that we have already made necessary arrangements, such as reserving a venue and engaging instructors, to ensure your participation in the course.

In the event of an emergency, you have the option to transfer your place to another student after consulting and reaching an agreement with Codeblue. If your position has been funded by your Hospital, additional requirements from them may apply. However, please be aware that you are responsible for delivering the pre-course pack to the new student and arranging reimbursement of the course fee if you have self-funded. It is important to consider that the new student may have less time to prepare for the course compared to you. Codeblue accepts no responsibility for any difficulties the new student may encounter due to this time constraint.

Should you have any further inquiries or concerns about our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
